I am alone...
But for the company of my thoughts
And all-consuming desires...
As once again darkness descends upon my world
On this, an autumn's eve.
I wonder if she thinks
of me...
If she recalls my tender touch...
Does she wish she could lie here now
In warm embrace
And dream of things that lovers do?
The thunder rolls...
and the lightnings flash,
But their fury's an impotent match
For the passion I feel within me now
As I long to hold her warm, soft breast
And bask in the glow of our once insatiable love.
